Thank you for your interest in collecting a unique textile artwork by Allyce Wood. Here are some key details about shipping, purchasing, and receiving your special new weave.
About the Artworks:
Each tapestry and textile is lovingly made and finished by hand. Please handle with care.
Fibers are inherited, hand-dyed, upcycled, or made from dead stock yarns. Colors may vary slightly from what is pictured.
Install in a dry environment, out of direct sunlight to ensure colorfastness and longevity.
Artworks can be lightly steamed or ironed on the backside if wrinkles occur via shipping, unless otherwise noted
Shipping and Returns:
All pieces listed on the Available Artworks pages are in stock and ready to ship (unless listed with the asterisk notation that the piece is currently being exhibited)
Due to each artwork being handmade and the small operation of the studio, returns are not accepted.
Once a purchase is completed, the artwork will ship via Ground within 7 business days of completed payment via FedEx or USPS, unless otherwise requested.
Expedited or International shipping may require an additional charge to offset costs. Duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Artworks are carefully packed and shipped with insurance
If you are in the Seattle area and would prefer to pick up your purchase rather than have it shipped, please confirm in your communication with Allyce
It is the buyer’s responsibility to receive the package upon delivery. Missing deliveries will require coordination with the shipping company and the pickup point directly. Additional shipping costs will be charged to resend a package.
